From Up Here

From Up Here

BY Aaron Lee Lambert
Developed by Perfect Pitch WITH ADAM DAY HOWARD, BENJAMIN MURRAY & ADRIANNE SALMON
available for amateur & Professional LicenCe with Broadway Licensing

A one-act musical drama with an eclectic contemporary score. High above the bustle of the city, five strangers find solace on the Brooklyn Bridge, suspended between who they were and what they might become. From Up Here explores time, change, and the choices that shape the lives of five very different people whose paths cross in the most unlikely of ways.

From Up Here started life as a 15-minute devised piece by 8 students during a 1 week intensive at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland that Andy and Wendy attended as 'invited audience'. After a development process with Perfect Pitch, Andy and Wendy presented the original professional production in partnership with South Hill Park in the Wilde Theatre, 2012. The same production was streamed live to an online global audience on whatsonstage.com.

Original Production Cast: Leila Benn Harris, Russell Walker, Tommy Sherlock, Lisa Kerr, Tony Kemp
Creatives: Director - Luke Sheppard, MD - Tom Attwood
